What the app is

The app is an unofficial, independently developed companion for listening to The Armstrong & Getty Show. It plays audio from the show's publicly available podcast feed. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Armstrong & Getty, iHeartMedia, or their affiliates.

Content belongs to its owners

All show audio, names, trademarks, and related content are the property of their respective owners, including Armstrong & Getty and iHeartMedia. The app streams and downloads this content from its public feed solely for your personal, non-commercial listening. Don't redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell audio obtained through the app.

Personal use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse the app for the purpose of scraping content at scale, interfering with the show's feed, or misrepresenting the app as official.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Episode availability depends entirely on the show's public feed, which can change or disappear without notice. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular episode will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. The app is free; the developer's total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed the amount you paid for it — zero dollars.

App store terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from (Apple App Store or Google Play), including their standard licensed-application terms.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the effective date above will be revised when they are. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
