The Armstrong & Getty Show airs live weekdays from 6 to 10 a.m. Pacific (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern) on its flagship station, Talk 650 KSTE in Sacramento, and streams live on iHeartRadio. Stations elsewhere carry some or all of it, often at different times. Missed it? Every hour is posted to the official Armstrong & Getty On Demand podcast.

What time is Armstrong & Getty on?

On the flagship, Talk 650 KSTE, The Armstrong & Getty Show runs live on weekdays from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. Pacific time, which is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern. That's four hours. Other stations may carry fewer hours or air the show at a different time, so your local radio time can differ (see the station table).

Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands don't change their clocks, so their rows shift when the rest of the country does (daylight saving time ends November 1, 2026 and starts again March 14, 2027). On some holidays the podcast posts replay hours, labeled as an A&G Replay, instead of a new show.

Are Armstrong & Getty still on the radio? Are they live today?

On weekdays the show is live. On weekends the podcast carries a separate two-hour weekend edition, and on some holidays replay hours run instead of a new show.

How do I stream Armstrong & Getty live for free?

The simplest free option is the flagship's live stream: open Talk 650 KSTE on iHeartRadio in a web browser, or search for "Talk 650 KSTE" in the iHeartRadio app. KSTE carries all four hours live. Many local stations also have a Listen Live button on their own websites, though they may not carry every hour.

What station is Armstrong & Getty on?

The flagship is Talk 650 KSTE in Sacramento, and the show is carried by other stations around the country. There's no official station list we can link to as text (the show's own station finder is a map), so the table below lists only stations whose own websites list the show, with the time they list. It's not a complete list, and times are local to each station.

Each row was checked on the station's own website on October 13, 2026. Stations change their lineups; if a row is wrong or your station is missing, email a correction.

Why does my station play only part of the show?

The flagship airs all four hours, but each station decides how much of the show to carry and when. Of the stations above, KABC and KEX list three hours (6–9 a.m.), WMBD lists two (9–11 a.m. Central), and KPRC lists three overnight hours (2–5 a.m. Central). If your station's clock doesn't match 6–10 a.m. Pacific, it's carrying part of the show or airing it at a different time. To hear all four hours, stream KSTE live or catch the podcast afterward.

Missed it? How to listen later

Every hour of the weekday show is posted as its own episode of the official Armstrong & Getty On Demand podcast, usually within about half an hour after it airs. It's free on iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts and Spotify, and in most other podcast apps. The show also has a short podcast-only extra called One More Thing.

Confused by the different feeds, or by hours that look out of order? Read the A&G podcasts, explained. Prefer each show day as one episode? Our free, unofficial app does that.

Where this app fits, and where it doesn't

The Armstrong & Getty Podcast App doesn't play the live broadcast. It reads the official On Demand podcast feed and puts each show day's hours into one episode, in the order they were posted, including One More Thing when it's posted to that feed. It plays the same audio files as the feed, sponsor breaks included, and adds no ads of its own. It's a free, fan-built project, not affiliated with the show or iHeartMedia.
