The Armstrong & Getty podcasts, explained
An unofficial guide · Last checked October 13, 2026 · Links go to the official feeds · Not affiliated with Armstrong & Getty or iHeartMedia
Looking for the show itself? The official podcast is Armstrong & Getty On Demand, published by iHeartPodcasts, with every hour of the weekday show. It's free on iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts and Spotify, and in most other podcast apps.
What is Armstrong & Getty On Demand?
Armstrong & Getty On Demand is the show's main official podcast, published by iHeartPodcasts. Each hour of the weekday radio show is posted as its own episode, usually within about half an hour after it airs, so a normal weekday's show is usually all there by late morning Pacific time. The feed also carries some extras, such as One More Thing and interviews. It's free to listen to.
What is Armstrong & Getty One More Thing?
One More Thing is a short, podcast-only companion to the show, posted most weekdays after the broadcast. It has its own feed, and its episodes are often posted to the On Demand feed as well. Listen on iHeartRadio or Apple Podcasts.

How a show day shows up in On Demand
The show airs live from 6 to 10 a.m. Pacific, and in our experience each hour usually shows up in On Demand within about half an hour of airing, so a normal weekday's show is usually all there by late morning Pacific time. When One More Thing is cross-posted, it tends to arrive after the broadcast ends. On weekends the feed carries a two-hour weekend edition, and on some holidays it posts replay hours, labeled as an A&G Replay, instead of a new show.
Why the hours can look out of order or missing
- The titles aren't dates. Episode titles are usually a line from the show, not a date or hour number. When the hour number is given, it's in the episode description, and it isn't always written the same way.
- Extras share the feed. One More Thing and some interviews are posted alongside the hours, so a weekday can bring more episodes than the show has hours.
- The show isn't all there yet. Hours post through the morning, so before late morning Pacific time, today's later hours simply don't exist yet.
- Holidays look different. Replay hours can appear instead of new ones.
- Two feeds means duplicates. KSFO's station-run feed reposts hours separately, so following both it and On Demand gives you the same hour twice.
How to hear a whole show day in order
In any podcast app, subscribe to Armstrong & Getty On Demand, find that day's episodes and play them oldest first; if you're unsure, the episode description usually says which hour it is. Or use our app, which groups each show day into one episode in the order it was posted and plays the official audio files from the official feed.
On Demand in a podcast app vs. this app
| On Demand in a podcast app | Armstrong & Getty Podcast App (unofficial) | |
|---|---|---|
| Per weekday | Several separate episodes: one per hour, plus extras | One episode per show day, titled by date (for example "A&G — Oct 13, 2026") |
| Order | Each hour is its own episode; you pick the order | Hours play in the order they were posted, each segment a tap away |
| Live radio | No | No |
| Offline | Depends on your podcast app | Download a whole show day with one tap |
| Casting | Depends on your podcast app | Chromecast from iPhone or Android, AirPlay on iPhone; no CarPlay |
| Ads | The show's sponsor breaks, as published | The same audio and sponsor breaks; the app adds no ads of its own |
| Price | Free | Free, no account |
The app plays the official feed's own audio files, the same way any podcast app does.
Are there ads in the Armstrong & Getty podcast?
